FINALLY AFTER EIGHT AND A HALF YEARS OF MARRIAGE...
A KIDLESS VACATION!
We had a wonderful time in San Diego with my parents. Ben and my dad did a little golfing(close to 100 holes), and my mom and I had a great time seeing the sights of the city on our convenient green and orange trolley. We are now full of a lot of information about the great city of San Diego.
We took in a Padres game. Although the home team lost, we had a great time. I am happy to announce we made it on the big screen. Ben even stole a little kiss in front of the whole crowd. GO BEN!
We also were able to go to the San Diego temple. What a beautiful place.
The last night there we went to a Murder Mystery Dinner Theater. Although we didn't solve the mystery we had a great time, and made some new friends. Especially Ben. She is adorable Honey.
We also had fun trying some of the local hot spots for dinner and just being together. Hopefully it won't take us another eight year to do it again.
Thank you to all those who helped with our kids and made this little get away possible.

Looks like you guys had a great time! It really is so nice to get away sometimes. Justin and I's trip to New York was the first time in 10 years we had gone anywhere by ourselves (we had been on other trips but it was always with other couples) and it really does make you remember how much you enjoy each other. Life and kids can sometimes push it in the background. I was sorry we missed each other in June did you end up coming to Utah?
Totally jealous of you guys. San Diego is my all-time favorite US city; I'd love to live there! Looks like you had a lot of fun.
wait- is that really you in shorts. oh my, never thought that day would come. what a fun fun trip- i am sure being together alone with no kids was just the best- can't imagine. i think we are due for an alone gettaway.

sounds like it was a well deserved vacation. i didn't realize that you had never left your kids before. yay for you and ben!!!
Happy Anniversary Bri and Ben looks like you had a great time. I wish I were there to witness that guy touching Ben like that. Oh to hear Bens giggle again. Miss you guys.
